Lately, the noted ‘Rizin’ female Heavyweight, Gabi Garcia, opened up about her husband publically on one of her social media accounts. She allegedly accused him of indulging in acts of domestic violence where she was physically hurt sometimes.

Garcia and Almeida decided to get married in the year 2018. Reportedly, Bruno Almeida is associated with the noted fitness training institute, ‘CrossFit’. Gabi Garcia took to her own Instagram account after being fed up with her husband Almeida’s misconduct against her. It’s pertinent to note that Garcia had accused her husband, Almeida on multiple grounds. As reported by BloodyElbow, she stated:
“The time has come. It’s time to be brave and tell everyone why I’ve been away for the past two years. They were the worst years of my life, but I’ll show all the details at the end of this week. I didn’t think this could ever happen. That someone could be so bad. A criminal. A person who has commited crimes before and after he was with me. A person who has money and asked for pension, my purses, my earrings. Asking for my house. Using the name Garcia.”
However, Garcia’s accusations against Almeida didn’t end there. She further continued deriding her husband, stating:
“Married, with a son and using my last name. A person who says she is a child of God, who went to my wedding and wrote ‘God bless you’ is still his lover. Because that guy won’t divorce me. Even with a restraining order and the Maria da Penha law (A Brazilian law created to protect women who were victim of domestic violence) by my side, he didn’t stop.”
She also provided a number of screenshots of Almeida’s messages mocking her after he allegedly gained control of her credit card, bank accounts, and more.

In her Instagram video, Garcia herself mentioned that she was “away for the past two years”. Hence, some fans might say that the unruly happenings between the pair started around 2020-21, following their marriage in 2018.
